Barbara Joyce Feverston

FEVERSTON, Barbara Joyce (nee Subler), age 81, of Centerville, formerly of North Star, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 28, 2012. Barbara was a graduate of Versailles High School. She worked for Macy's for thirty years until her retirement then worked in food service for Centerville High School. Barbara was a faithful member for over fifty years at Church of the Incarnation. Barbara was a wonderful wife, mom and grandma. She was a terrific role model--caring for and nurturing her family. Barbara had a big heart and was always full of love and generosity. Barbara enjoyed playing cards with family; especially winning. Preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Opal Subler. Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Jack E. Feverston; children, Lynn (Alan) Niergarth, Mark (Tammy) Feverston, Michael (Nancy) Feverston, and Matthew (Julie) Feverston; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Jewel), James, Thomas (Abigail), Derek, Sara, Daniel, Jana, Sean, and Jonathan; siblings, Richard Subler, Elaine (Vernon) McEldowney, Suzanne Budde, Bruce (Darla) Subler, and Dianne Hemmelgarn; life-long friend, Velma Rice; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncle. Family will greet friends from 4:00-7:00pm on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 81 N. Main Street, Centerville. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Church of the Incarnation, 7415 Far Hills Ave., Centerville. Burial to follow in Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
