Barbara Ruth Duchak Hilgeman

HILGEMAN, Barbara Ruth Duchak, age 74 of Centerville, Ohio, died on Saturday, November 15, 2008. Barbara was born in Dayton, Ohio on May 27, 1934. She is survived by her husband Budd, son Charles III and his spouse Loretta and their two children Charles and Sean, son John and his spouse Jennifer and their three children Jack, Peter and Laura, daughter Elizabeth and her spouse Jim Lowry and their four children Ruth and her spouse Matt and their two children James and Clara, Sarah and her spouse Brian Salo and their two children, Brianna and Brendan, James and his spouse Emily and Jacob, and daughter Michele and her spouse Michael and their two children, Daniel and Patrick, brother David P. Duchak of Dayton, and sisters Hope Pepe, Alpine, NJ and Ruth Reinberg, St. Louis, MO. Barbara graduated from Julienne High School, Dayton, OH, class of 1952 and from the University of Dayton, Class of 1955. She was a very active volunteer and a past chairman of the The Dayton Christ Child Society and numerous other organizations. She was retired from the Washington Township Public Library. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008 at the Church of the Incarnation, 55 Williamsburg Lane at Far Hills, Centerville, OH. Burial at Calvary Cemetery, 1625 Calvary Dr., Dayton, OH. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to service time.
