Charles Ronald Scheidt

SCHEIDT, Charles Ronald, age 73, of Centerville, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021. Charles was born on July 27, 1948 in Dayton, OH to the late Charles R. and Katherine L. (Glenn) Scheidt. He was a devote Catholic and Eucharistic Minister.

Charles had numerous professional accounting jobs and was a Professor of Accounting/Economics at Sinclair Community College and Edison State Community College. He enjoyed teaching, transporting his grandchildren to and from events, golden oldies music, westerns, and found politics and economics particularly fascinating.

Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Irene C. He is survived by daughter, Jenni (Anthony); son, Jason (Julie); grandchildren, Jordan “Sugar”, Jennifer “Sissy”, Grace “Tater”, Gabby “Dew Drop”; sister-in-law, Wanda Noble; brother, Rodger (Judy).

Family will greet friends 5-8PM on Wednesday, October 6 at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 2100 E STROOP RD, KETTERING.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held the following morning, Thursday at 11AM at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, 2300 S Smithville Rd, Dayton. Fond memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.routsong.com.
