David P. Romanko

age 51, of Springboro, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, November 4, 2004. He was born June 27, 1953, in Pittsburgh, PA. Dave was a graduate of Penn State University, majoring in Industrial Engineering. He was a 20 year employee of the federal government, holding a position of project manager for the U.S. Air Force at WPAFB. Dave was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Penn State Alumni Club, and Franklin Street Baptist Church of Centerville where he was an Awana Leader and a Sunday School teacher. Preceded in death by his parents, John and Stella Romanko; brother, Robert R. Romanko; and father-in-law, James Beck. Survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Peggie; son, Justin Romanko; daughter, Katie Romanko; mother-in-law, Nancy Beck; loved by family members, Jim and Linda Beck; Jeff and Louise Beck; Kevin and Araceli Beck; Julie and Jeff Brown. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM, Monday, at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville, with Rev. Danny Griffith officiating. The family will greet friends from 2-4:00 PM in the funeral home prior to the service. A committal service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, in Pittsburgh, PA. Burial in Mt. Royal Cemetery, Glenshaw, PA.
