WOOMER, Delia C. (Shoenfelt) Markel, age 96, of Centerville, died Sunday, December 10, 2000. Survived by a son, John M. Markel, Jr. and wife, Margaret of Monroeville, PA; a daughter, Della M. Tyrrell of Centerville; 4 grandsons, John Markel III, William Markel and James Markel of Pittsburgh, PA and Robert L. Tyrrell, M.D. and Sandra Tyrrell of Kettering; and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M., Wednesday in the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville with Rev. William Zimmann officiating. Burial in Logan Valley Cemetery in Bellwood, Pennsylvania. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Hospice of Dayton, Inc., P.O. Box 3509, Dayton, Ohio 45401-3509.
