Donald I. Grove

GROVE, Donald I., age 75, of Kettering, passed away Monday, September 8, 2003 at Heartland of Kettering. Donald was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. He was a technical writer for Frigidaire for over 33 years, also an avid square dancer and a model train enthusiast. Preceded in death by his parents, Vernet and Anna Margaret (Glickler) Grove. Survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Margaret “Peggy”; 5 children, Anita Sanders, Sara (Jim) Poling and Pamela (John) Holdren all of Dayton, Ruth Hart of West Carrollton and Roger (Nona) Grove of CA; 3 step children, Lois (Joe) Volk of Bellbrook, Nancy (Chris) Lush of Riverside, and Dan (Carmela) Pauly of Columbus; 12 grandchildren; and 8 step grandchildren. Funeral services will take place at 10:00AM on Friday, September 12, 2003 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Rev. Judy Hadley officiating. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5 to 8:00 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home.
