Dorothy Preston

PRESTON, Dorothy, age 90, of Kettering, passed away on September 15, 2017. Dorothy was born on April 25, 1927 in England and graduated High School in Warrington, England. She became a WWII bride in 1945, marrying Billy Preston, then moved from England to America to live as a US citizen. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 3 sisters, and 1 brother. She is survived by her children, Judy Preston and Billy (Cecilia) Preston, Jr.; grandchildren, Oscar, Brandon, Jenna, Jimmy, and Jennifer; and great-grandchildren, Hope, Preston, Gregory, Kyla, and Jaxon. The family will greet friends from 11:00am TO 1:00pm on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 East Stroop Rd., Kettering with a funeral service to follow at 1:00pm. Burial in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.
