Edward G. Chevalier

age 87, passed on May 1, 2001 at his home in Kettering. He worked for the government until he retired on December 30, 1971. Survived by his wife of 62 years, Ruth Ann; a daughter & son-in-law, Victoria & Charles Fairchild of Newport News, VA; 5 grandchildren, Teresa Cantrell, Bret Chevalier and his wife Billinda, Paul Wolfenbarger and his wife Bridget, Michele Jones and Michael Wolfenbarger; 15 great grandchildren; a sister, Esther Bunn of Moline, IL; and longtime friend, Dorothy Fox. The family wishes to recognize their family doctor, Dr. Glen Kwiat for the continued extraordinary and tireless efforts during their crises. At the request of the family, no services will be held. The family ask that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Hospice of Dayton, Inc., P.O. Box 3509, Dayton, Ohio 45402-3509.
