Eleanor Jane Gerhard

GERHARD, Eleanor "Ellie" Jane, age 83 of Dayton passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2008 at Hearth and Home of Vandalia. Ellie was a graduate of Kiser High School in 1943. She worked for Sheffield Company for 5 years and retired from Top Value Enterprises after 20 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Ruth Shroyer; first husband, Ronald E. Stahl and second husband, Paul R. Gerhard; brothers, Leon and Neal Shroyer. Ellie is survived by her daughters, Linda (Lewis) Triplett of Troy and Pamela (Robert) Basye of Huber Heights; grandchildren, Dawn Joynes of Parlin, NJ, Amanda (Matt) Bowen of Yorktown, VA, Eric Stanley and his fianc Jocelyn Bonnema both of Chicago, IL and Drew Stanley of Huber Heights; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Dustyn, Madelyn, Alex, Cody and Gunnar; special friend, Jim Caldwell and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at 1 PM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Burial in Bellbrook Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 from 5-8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1313 W.
