Elizabeth Lentz Medford

MEDFORD, Elizabeth (Betty), age 82, of Dayton, passed away Friday, June 30, 2000. She was a member of David's Church in Kettering. Elizabeth was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed homemaking and caring for her family. Preceded in death in 1980 by her husband, John Collins Medford. Survived by her son, James C. Medford and his wife, Carolyn of Oakwood; 2 daughters, Marcia Peterson and her husband, Dennis (Pete) of Centerville, Katherine Olah and her husband, Imre of Cypress CA; 9 grandchildren, Michael Peterson, Amy Medford White, Kristen Peterson, Elizabeth Medford Coy, Adrienne Olah Turner, Matthew Peterson, John Olah, Rebecca Peterson and Marika Olah; 3 great-granddaughters and 1 great-grandson. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Thursday, at David's Church U.C.C., 170 W. David Rd., Kettering, with Revs. William Youngkin and Becky Strang officiating. Burial will be in David's Cemetery. Friends may call at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville from 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to David's Church Memorial Fund, 170 W. David Rd., Kettering OH 45429 or the American Heart Association, Miami Valley Area, 124 N.
