CARTER, Elsie M., (Glass) age, 94 of Kettering, passed away, Sunday, July 28, 2002. She was born August 10, 1907 in Auglaize County, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grover Glass and Lilly Norris and her husband, Herbert in 1980. Elsie is survived by her son, James G. (Regina) Carter of Centerville; grandson, Jason Carter of Centerville; great grandson, Malachi Carter; niece, Allison Glass and nephew, Bill Glass. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 31, at 11:00 AM at David's Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family via the website at www.routsong.com.
