Harriet Kiefaber ''Sug'' Connelly

age 80, of Oakwood, died Monday, November 19, 2001. She was a graduate of Oakwood High School (1939) and attended Knox College in Cooperstown, NY. Sug was a life-long tennis player and member of Virginia Hollinger Memorial Tennis Club, Junior League of Dayton, Four Seasons Garden Club, Dayton Women's Club and St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Harry Jonathan Kiefaber and Jane Houston Huffman and in 1986 by her husband, Robert J. Connelly. Survived by 2 sons, David K. Connelly and Rob (Jayne) Connelly; 2 daughters, Susan Connelly (Steve Proulx) and Nancy (Nick) Winters; 6 grandchildren, Aimee Reeder, Robby and Will Markey and Elizabeth, Anne and Mimi Connelly; brother, Harry Clay ''Hank'' (Caroline) Kiefaber; and many other relatives. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, in St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 33 W. Dixon Ave., Oakwood, with The Rev. John F. Koepke III officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. in the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Miami Valley Chapter, The Laurelwood, 3797 Summit Glen Dr., Suite 100, Dayton, OH 45449.
