Horace ''Tiny'' Frederick Swigart

age 82, died Wednesday, June 13, 2001. Tiny graduated from Randolph High School, worked in construction since 1945 and owned Swigart Excavating from 1960 until his death. He was a veteran of the Navy CB's stationed in Hawaii during WWII, was a member of Far Hills Baptist Church, St.John's Lodge F. & A.M. and Scottish Rite. Preceded in death by his wife, Ruth in Sept. 2000 and sister Rosie. Survived by son, Fred and wife, Judy of Centerville; 2 brothers, Art Swigart of Dayton, Marshall and wife, Pat of New Lebanon; grandchildren, Teresa and husband, Greg Jones, Steve and wife, Bridgette, Chris and husband, Tom Closs, David and wife, Sherry; 5 great granddaughters; and 6 great grandsons. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday in the Roustong Funeral Home, 81 N.Main St., Centerville with Rev. Charles McMahan officiating. Burial in David's Cemetery.
