Jack Sidney Lewis

LEWIS, Jack Sidney, age 92 of Centerville, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2011. Jack graduated from Steele High School in 1939 where he and Nilah were very active in their Reunion planning. He proudly served his country in the Army Air Corp during WWII in the Air Force Radar European Theater. He retired from NCR after 34 years of service. Jack was a devoted and loving family man and enjoyed vacationing in the Carolina's with his family. Preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Anna Lewis; his brother, Ned Lewis and his sister, Mabel Baldwin. Jack is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Nilah Lewis; daughter, Karen Lewis Thompson (David) of Charleston, SC and their daughter Whitney Lewis Feld (Mitchell); sister-in-law, Doris Lewis; two nieces and one nephew. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 11:00AM at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 2100 E Stroop Rd, Kettering, OH. Family will greet friends prior to the service from 10:00-11:00AM.
