James H. Erbaugh Md

ERBAUGH, James H. 'Jim', Dr. , passed away quietly on Sunday, February 23, 2003. Jim was born in New Lebanon, OH on July 21, 1908. He practiced Optometry in Dayton for many years. Jim was a member of Dayton Rotary for 50 years and a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; sons, J. Martin and wife, Lynn Myers of Hudson, OH and J. Mark and wife, Jannna Jervis of Columbus, OH; and five grandchildren, Carolyn, Darby, Lindsey, J.T. and John. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, March 8, 2003 at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Dayton. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to, Dayton Y.M.C.A.
