James Kenneth Hull

HULL, James Kenneth, age 83, of Naples, FL, formerly of Dayton passed away on February 22, 2012. Jim was a graduate of Columbia High School in Maplewood, NJ, and later earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan in 1953. He served our country in the United States Navy from 1946-48, and retired in 1994 as vice president of corporate information systems for the NCR Corporation. Jim was an avid reader and golfer, and loved to travel to golf resorts around the country. He was a very caring and supportive family man, and encouraged everyone to "do good and be good." Jim is survived by his wife, Jane Hull; children, Gregory (Susan) Hull of Hamilton, Ohio and David (Andrea) Hull of Portland, Oregon; and six grandchildren, Jacqueline Hull, Jimmy Hull, McKenzie Hull, Jason Hull, Ryan Hull and Samuel Hull. Jim is also survived by two step-children, Judy Albrecht and Tracey (Doug) Stapleton; a step-son-in-law, Tim Ochsenhirt, and seven step-grandchildren, Kristina (Marty) Dwyer, Casey Albrecht, Kristen Ochsenhirt, Emily (Nick) Fernandez, Matthew Ochsenhirt, Jared Stapleton and Mick Stapleton. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Viola Hull, his first wife, Marilyn Hull, and his step-daughter, Nancy Ochsenhirt. Family will greet friends from 1:00-2:00 pm on Friday, March 2, 2012 at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 81 N. Main Street, Centerville. A memorial service will follow at 2:00pm also at the funeral home. A private inurnment will be held in David's Cemetery.
