Jean Isabel Eichel

EICHEL, Jean, 77, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2008 at Grandview Hospital. She was a longtime active member of Davids United Church of Christ both in the choir and in their sewing ministry. Jean was a former area leader and active in Recovery, Inc., a self help group for former patients with mental health issues. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Esther Burtner and her son, Ronald Eichel. Jean is survived by her husband of 57 years, Charles Richard Dick Eichel; brother, Robert Burtner; daughter-in-law, Mary Eichel and grandchildren, Audrey Lynn Eichel, Tracy Ann Eichel and Ronald Charles Eichel. A funeral service will be held 11:00AM on Thursday at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville with Rev. Becky Erb-Strang officiating. Jeans family will receive friends from 10-11:00AM also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Miami Valley Memory Gardens immediately following the service.
