Jesse Schaffer

SCHAFFER, Jesse, age 28, of Washington Township, passed away on September 28, 2021. Jesse was born on August 18, 1993 in Kettering, OH.

He graduated from Spring Valley Academy in 2011 and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corp in May of 2020. Jesse enjoyed weight lifting, reading, walking his dogs, and all things firearms.

Jesse is survived by his wife, Renee Depoy; children, Avery and Maeve; mother, Sherry Schaffer; father, Dr. Robert Randall (Jackie) Schaffer of Columbus; brother, Jonathan (Samantha) Schaffer of Clear Creek Township; sisters, Francesca Huynh of Columbus and Adelyne Schaffer of Columbus; beloved dogs, Bear and Stormi.

Family will greet friends 4-8PM on Tuesday, October 5 at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 2100 E STROOP RD, KETTERING. Funeral Services will be held the following Wednesday morning at 10AM at the funeral home.
