Joanne S Buck

BUCK, Joanne S., age 81 of Kettering passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Life Care Hospital in Miamisburg. Joanne graduated from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ. She was a church organist at Fairmont Presbyterian Church for 25 years and a long time member of P.E.O. Joanne was preceded in death by her first husband, Emmett R. Hart (married 1949-1974) in 1992 and son, Kirk S. Hart in 2000. Joanne is survived by her husband of 31 years, Dr. Donald A. Buck; daughters, Jane Hart of Berryville, VA and Carol Hart of Cleveland; son, John (Letitia) Hart of Richmond, VA; step-daughters, Judith (John) Sprieser of Marshall, VA, Jennifer Sibley of Naples, FL, and Tamara (Mark) Kenney of Washington Township; step-sons, Randall (Angela) Buck of Darnestown, MD and Darryl (Kathy) Buck of San Jose, CA; seven grandchildren; Alyssa, Daniel, Kirk Jr., Katherine, Rebecca, Michelle and Anthony; five step-grandchildren; Lauren, Kevin, Diana, Emily and Sierra. A memorial service will be held at Fairmont Presbyterian Church, 3705 Far Hills Ave., Kettering, OH at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 18, 2009 with Rev. Bob Wade officiating. Graveside services will be held at the family's convenience. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Fairmont Church Music Fund. Arrangements made by Routsong Funeral Home, Kettering.
