Joe F. Mccloud

McCloud, Joe F. age 79, of Centerville (formally of Kettering) passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015. He was a 1954 graduate of Roosevelt High School, served in the United States Air Force for four years, and attended University of Dayton. Joe was the owner of McCloud Insurance Agency for 30 years. After selling his business he went to work at Fairmont High School where he retired in 2011. He was a brother of the Free Masonry Fraternity and was a charter member of Dor-Wood Optimist Club of Kettering. Joe is survived by his wife of almost 35 years, Vicki (Stewart) McCloud; daughter Stefanie (Greg) Johnson of Hoschton, Georgia; a son, PJ (Landre) McCloud of Wooster, OH; grandchildren, Garrett and Kendall Johnson and Jillian and Brady McCloud; mother-in-law, Sue Stewart; sister-in-law, Paula (George) Keister; brothers-in-law, Ken (Diane) Pavy, Lonnie (Diana) Pavy and numerous nieces and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Luther McCloud and Eliza McCloud Sarver; father-in-law, Virgil Stewart and mother-in-law, Betty Stewart. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Routsong Funeral Home, with burial at Bellbrook Cemetery.
