Joseph C Hofmann, Jr.

HOFMANN, Joseph C. Jr., “Joe” age 87, of Kettering passed away Monday, April 2, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton. He was a member of St. Albert the Great Catholic Church. Joe received his Bachelor of Arts from St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD and served in the United States Navy during WWII as a Lieutenant. Joe retired in 1980 from the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company after 30 years of service. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Mary Ann Hofmann; daughters, JoAnne (John) Dante of LaGrange Park, IL and Judy (Larry) Blazek of Centerville; and 4 grandchildren, Meagan (Todd) Fridrych of LaGrange Park, IL, Leigh Dante of Madrid, Spain, Michael Blazek of Dayton and Kimberly Blazek of Centerville. A memorial mass will be held Monday, April 9, 2007 at 12:00 noon at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 3033 Far Hills Ave., Kettering.
