Josephine Marian Gottemoeller

GOTTEMOELLER, Josephine "Jo" Hansing, age 90, of Centerville, was born on July 9, 1926 to the late Christian and Alma (Duggan) Hansing in Indianapolis, IN. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband, Walter Gottemoeller; loving sister, Florence Hansing Kuntz. Mrs. Gottemoeller graduated from Marian College with a B.A. degree in Psychology and Education and from Butler University with a Master's of Science in Education. She was an elementary teacher of 34 years. Josephine is survived by her daughter Christine (Dan) Dittman, son, Rev. Mark Gottemoeller; and her grandchildren: Matt, Katie and Maggy Dittman and also numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held 2-5:00PM, Sunday, February 19, 2017 at St. Leonard Chapel, 8100 Clyo Road, Centerville, OH. Burial at Calvary Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN. In memory of Jo, contributions may be made to Dayton Children's Hospital "TOT Fund", 1 Children's Plaza, Dayton, OH 45404.
