Leonard K. Esken, Jr.

ESKEN JR., Leonard K., “Lenny” age 54, lifetime resident of the Dayton area passed away Monday, February 12, 2007 at Wood Glen Community. Leonard was a graduate of Carroll High School. He worked many years as a professional truck driver, several years with Brinkman Tool & Die. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening. Leonard was preceded in death by his parents Leonard K. and Eileen (nee Duer) Esken Sr. He is survived by his daughters, Angela and Amanda; step-children, Constance and Jack; brothers and sister, Dennis (Ann) Esken, Madelyn (Robert) Mc Daniel and Robert (Paula) Esken; nephews, Dennis Jr. and Thomas; nieces, Michelle, LeeJean, Lori, Heather, Nicole, Kathryn, and Elizabeth and a host of other friends and family. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM, on Friday, February 16, 2007 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, with Rev. Dr. Brooks Heck officiating. Family will receive friends from 5-7:00 PM before the service at the funeral home.
