Lois Marilyn Moore

MOORE, Lois, age 75, of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, August 12, 2002 in Dayton. She was born in Mt. Gilead, OH on December 21, 1926. Lois graduated from Chesterville High School as the Valedictorian in 1944. She attended Tiffin University. On January 26, 1947, she married George D. Moore in Dayton, OH. Lois was a legal secretary for many years. Lois is preceded in death by her parents, R. Carl Baughman and Alta Brown Baughman. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, George D. Moore; 2 daughters, Lynn L. (Gary Ritchie) Moore of Cleveland, OH and Barbara L. (Jack VanWoerkom) Moore of Weston, MA; granddaughter, Carolyn Moore Laufer; 2 brothers, Russell (Doris) Baughman and Harold (Ruth) Baughman, both of Mt. Gilead, OH; sister, Wanda (James) Butler of Holliston, MA, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held, Friday, August 16, at 10:00 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Rev. Ronald Pauley officiating. Burial in Woodland Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 5 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
