Lorstine Ellen Bullis

BULLIS, Lorstine “Ellen” (Ball) age 73 of Centerville passed away Sunday, April 15, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton. Ellen was a certified health care provider for 10 years and also volunteered at Kettering Medical Center. She attended Sinclair Community College, enjoyed ballroom dancing, reading and gardening. Ellen was a member of the Fairhaven Church, Young at Heart Choir and the Missionary Society Center at Hithergreen Senior Center. Ellen was preceded in death by her father, Ray Ball, and her mother and step-father, Alice and Walter Burtt; brothers, William Burtt and Ray Ball. Ellen is survived by her children, Sherree Eckels of Monaca, PA; Brad (Cindy) Bullis of Springboro, OH, and Sharla (Tony) Forcellini of Cincinnati, OH; grandchildren, Shaun, Shayne and Shad Eckels, Blake Bullis, and Megan, Vincent and Kara Forcellini; great-grandchildren, Caleb and Rachel Eckels. Also surviving are brothers, William (Gayle) Ball; Gordon (Dale) Ball, Fred Burtt; sisters, Delores (Burle) Moore, Mary (Lee) Daubenspeck, Joyce Walters and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 19, 2007 at 1:00 PM at Fairhaven Church, Centerville with Rev. James Futrell officiating. Burial in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends and relatives on Thursday from 11:00AM-1:00 PM prior to the funeral service at the church.
