Louis J. Vocke, Jr.

VOCKE, Louis J. Jr. "Lou", age 91, of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2016. Lou was born to the late Louis J. and Matilda (nee Bricker) Vocke Sr. in Dayton, OH. He received his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Dayton and was the former operator/Owner of Crossroads Tool and Mfg. and Precision Aircraft. Lou is preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers and four sisters. He is survived by his wife, Mary H. Vocke; daughters, Linda (Charles) Wallace, Gloria Johnson, and Susan (Marlon Kim) Nixon; grandson, Ryan Johnson; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be private. In memory of Lou, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 31 W. Whipp Rd., Dayton, OH 45459. The family would like to send a special thank you to the caring, compassionate staff at the Suites of Walnut Creek.
