Marjorie Lois Betz

BETZ, Marjorie L., age 92, of Centerville, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015. Marjorie was born to the late Carl V. and Hazel (nee Green) Frank on February 3, 1922 in Dayton, OH. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church and was a devoted wife and mother of two. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 58 years, Eugene W. Betz. She is survived by her sons, Gregory V. Betz of Kettering and Douglas W. (Elizabeth) Betz of Sugarcreek Twp.; grandchildren, Dr. Emily Betz of Cincinnati, OH, Erin Betz of Jamestown, OH and Scott Betz of Cincinnati, OH as well as extended family, friends and neighbors. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at Bethany Lutheran Village, Hospice of Dayton and Senior Helpers for all the loving care that was shown to Marjorie. Family will great friends from 10:30am -12:00pm on Monday, January 19, 2015 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering, OH. Funeral services will follow at Noon at the funeral home. Marjorie will be laid to rest at David's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Williams Syndrome Association, 570 Kirts Boulevard Ste. 223 Troy, MI 48084-4156.
