Mark D. Gilliat

GILLIAT, Mark David, age 55, of Dayton, OH, passed away on Sunday, January 7th, 2018. He was born on July 21, 1962 in Dayton, OH. He graduated from Fairmont West in 1980, and Ohio State University with degrees in Geology and Metallurgical Engineering. He was a Sr. Metallurgical Engineer at Emmerson Corp. and prior to that he worked at Mound Laboratories in Miamisburg, OH. Mark is survived by his wife of 28 years, Margy; daughters, Adrian (Gabriel) Garnett of Kettering, OH and Leslie Gilliat-Columbus; parents, Gene and Judi Gilliat; sister, Staci (Dimitri) Kilavos and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering, OH. A reception will follow at the funeral home.
