Mary E. Gordon

GORDON, Mary E., 87, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2006, at Alterra Sterling House. She was preceded in death by her husband Ned in 2001 and daughter, Barbara Mason, in 1988. Mary is survived by her daughters, Martha (Robert) Covey, Columbus, OH; Fran (Randy) Spaulding, Fairborn, OH; Jackie Jo (William) Bitzer, Kettering, OH; son Eddie Gordon of Kettering; six grandchildren, Ron, Shelley, Melanie, Mike, Lee and Shannon; 14 great-grandchildren; special niece, Mary Ann Cunningham, Westerville, OH; her loving pet and devoted companion, Chloe. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, November 6, 2006 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Pastor Don Shurtz officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-4:00 PM on Sunday, November 5, 2006 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Dayton VA Cemetery.
