Michael R. Longo

LONGO, Michael R., age 82, of Kettering, OH, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. Michael was born to the late Harry and Lila (Gomez) Longo on August 3, 1933 in Springfield, OH. He served his country in the U.S. Army and worked at the Defense Electronics Supply Center for the Armed Services, designing packaging for electronics. Michael was a member of the Lutheran Church of Our Savior and was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He enjoyed camping, fishing and staying active in his church. Michael is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sue; daughter, Angela (Paul) McIntyre of Sunnyvale, CA; grandchildren, Claire and Annelise; sister, Celia (Dale) Ebersole of Perrysberg, OH and many dear cousins and friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:30pm on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at The Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 155 E. Thruston Blvd. Oakwood, OH.
