Nancy Patricia Chavez

CHAVEZ, Nancy Patricia “Patty” nee Harper, age 65, of Kettering passed away Saturday, July 31, 2004 after a long illness with cancer. Patty was a graduate of Stivers High School, class of 1956, a graduate of Sinclair Community College and TheUniversity of Dayton, class of 1987 . She was a Senior Financial Analyst for Titan Systems Corporation. Patty is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Gabe Chavez; daughters, Haley (Chris) Voelkl of Beavercreek, and Brooke (Brian) Lucas of Dayton; son Kevin Harper of Kettering; five grand children, Tony, Gabby, Alison, Nicholas and Isaac; sister, Shirley (John) Hanauer; brother, David (Jo) Harper, aunt, Ruth Smith of Cleveland, OH; and niece, Loren Cline of Union, OH. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, August 5, at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, with Rev. Monte Stevens officiating. Family will receive friends Wednesday, August 4, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. In memory of Patty contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 40 S. Perry St., Ste. 120, Dayton, OH 45402-1429.
