Patricia Ann Werner

WERNER, Patricia Ann, age 66, of Bellbrook, OH, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020. Patricia was born to the late Jack and Orlea DeBord on June 14, 1954 in Kettering, OH. She worked as a nurse for over 25 years and was a member of SouthBrook Christian Church. Pat was incredibly resilient, warm, and loving. She had an unbelievable sense of humor and never once complained. Pat was preceded in death by her brother, Jack DeBord, Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Stacey Rabe, Danielle (Rob) Wilder; grandchildren, Lily and Hank Rabe, Duke, Dolly, and Dottie Wilder; sister, Vicki LeBurn; brother, Ron DeBord. A Celebration of Patricia’s Life will be held from 3:00pm-7:00pm Sunday, June 21 at the home of their daughter, 897 High Pointe, Springboro, OH 45066.
