Rita Helen Myers

MYERS, Rita Helen, age 87, of Centerville, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Rita loved gardening, cooking, playing cards, and singing in the choir at St. Albert's Catholic Church and St. Leonard's Community. She had been past President of the local chapter of the American Association of Medical Assistants, volunteered with the Meals on Wheels and had been a member of the Beginning Experience Widow's Club. Rita is preceded in death by her husband William T. Myers; and sister Kathleen Cooper. She is survived by her children Sandra (Robert) Skinner, Jerome (Marrianne) Myers, Thomas (Connie) Myers, Cynthia (Bob) Hadley, Douglas (Judi) Myers; 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and many other loving family members. Funeral services will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at St. Leonard's Main Chapel, 8100 Clyo Rd., Centerville, OH. Visitation will take place1 hour prior to the service beginning at 9:30am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. A reception will follow the burial at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 2100 East Stroop Road, Kettering.
