Robert A. Parker

PARKER, Robert A., 66 years old, born July 15, 1939. Bob passed away at Kettering Medical Center, August 3, 2005. He was a resident of Dayton, OH and Vermilion, OH. Preceded in death by his father, Robert Allan, mother, Dorothy Warren, stepmother, Mary G. Parker, and brother, Jim. Bob will be sadly missed by his family, Beverly, his wife of 40 years, son, Geoff (wife, Jodi) and daughter, Lisa (husband, Kris) Carlson and his 6 grandchildren, Abigail, Riley, Claire, Max, Ellie, and Margot; also his brother, Warren (wife, Pat) Parker, mother-in-law, Mrs. Louis Wozar, sister-in-law, Dorothy (husband, Tom) Kemp, and numerous nieces and nephews. Avery special thank you is given to the many caring friends of the family. Bob was a loving, gifted, warm and wonderful man with many talents. He possessed an unsurpassed sense of humor and interest in people, greatly enjoyed boating, and was a respected leader in his industry. He was a graduate of Oakwood High School and the University of Dayton. Mr. Parker was the President/Owner of Consolidated Treatment Systems. Within his industry he was President of the American Decentralized Wastewater Association, Chairman of the Industry Forum for Wastewater Treatment Products – NSF International, and had over 35 years of professional dedication to the promotion of the onsite wastewater industry. In addition, Bob was a member of Junto (founded by Benjamin Franklin), Moraine Country Club, the Vermilion Yacht Club, and Alpha Kappa Psi Fraternity. Family will receive friends at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering from 4-7:00 PM Friday, August 5, 2005. Services will be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 33 W. Dixon Ave., 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 6, 2004 followed by burial at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, 40 S.
