Ruth V. Stahl

STAHL, Ruth V., age 104, of Beavercreek, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2005. She was a secretary for Central Evangelical and Reformed Church and Mt. Olive United Church of Christ. Ruth was a member of the Christian Endeavor Club. Preceded in death by her husband, Arthur J. Stahl; parents, Mr. & Mrs. J. Milton Rice; one brother, Earl M. (Maxine) Rice; two sisters, Margaret E. (Edward) Steffen and Mildred (Werner) Mathyer; three stepsons, Ronald Stahl, Gerald Stahl and Rev. Philip Stahl. Survived by one stepson and daughter-in-law, Malcolm and Doris Stahl; three daughters-in-law, Eleanor Gerhard, Wanda Stahl and Mildred Stahl; nine grandchildren, Linda (Lewis) Triplett, Meta (George) Williams, Pamela (Robert) Basye, Gayle (Craig) Cummings, Rev. Michael Stahl, Jeryl Stahl, Douglas Stahl, Jeff Stahl and Karla (David) Sampson; ten great-grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; four nieces, Janice (Paul) Minnich, Eleanor (Jim) Deyo, Jeannine (Lloyd) Chambers and Carol (Don) Gray; one nephew, Robert (Marilyn) Steffen; twelve great nieces and nephews; fifteen great great nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins. A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00, Monday at David’s Cemetery, 4600 Mad River Rd., Kettering with Rev. Bobbie Predmore officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Community, 3218 Indian Ripple Rd. Dayton, OH 45440.
