Shirley B. Toomey

TOOMEY, Shirley B., age 72, formerly of Kettering passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017. Shirley was born on December 27, 1944 to Samuel and Mary Hill in Kentucky. She enjoyed movies and gardening in her yard. Shirley was an excellent cook and put her talents to work! Shirley was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of almost 54 years, Henry A. Toomey; sons, William (Rebecca) Toomey, Jeff (Patsy) Toomey; grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha, Jacob, Jeffery, Justin, Olivia, and two great-grandchildren. The family will greet friends from 12:00-1:00pm on Monday, May 1, 2017 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 East Stroop Road, Kettering with a funeral service beginning at 1:00pm. Burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
