Vera V. Edwards

EDWARDS (CLEMENS), Vera V., age 95, of Centerville, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2018. Vera was born to the late Clarence and Idell Clemens on November 26, 1922 in Dayton, OH. Vera was employed at Grandview Hospital until her retirement in 1984. She enjoyed organ music, reading, and playing with her dogs. Vera is preceded in death by her parents; son, Kenneth Edwards; brothers, Robert, William, Clyde, Joseph, Edward and Clarence Clemens and sisters, Thelma Clemens, Emily Myers, and Ruth Aldora. She is survived by daughters, Karen (Gene) Pelfrey and Ruth (David) Balsinger; son, Claude (Carol) Edwards. Grandchildren Jamie (Megan) Edwards, Adam (Erinn) Edwards, Tonya (Dave) Donahue, Kristopher (Elizabeth) Edwards, Kody Edwards, Zachary and Madison Balsinger, and three great grandchildren. A private burial will be held for the family at the Calvary Cemetery
