Virginia Dee Preston

PRESTON, Virginia Dee, age 95, of Dayton, OH, entered her eternal home on February 9, 2021. Born May 22, 1925 in Sturgis, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents, George S. and Kathryn C. Preston, and her brother, William C. Preston. Virginia grew up in Howe, IN, received a business degree from Ohio State University, and spent her career as a buyer for Rike’s downtown Dayton. She enjoyed sewing, opera, and global travel, and was a long-time member of Westminster Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir. Virginia leaves behind her nieces, Cheryl (Gary) Williams and Judy (Derek) Howle, and her nephews, Greg (Jasmine) Preston and Tom (Tamara) Preston, all of whom reside in Texas.
