Virginia M Asta

ASTA, Virginia M., age 89, of Centerville, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2011 at home. Virginia was a graduate of Fairmont High School and was a member of the Jonathan Wright Chapter in Springboro of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Dayton Women’s Club and Advance Club of Miamisburg. She was preceded in death by her husband Henri Asta; brothers, Edward (Annonda) Lowry and Winston Lowry. Virginia is survived by son Henri E. (Karyl) Asta of Marietta, GA.; daughters, Andrea D. Stumpfel of Stillwater, NY., Diana L. (Bruce Chapman) Crane of Seattle, WA., and Janice C. (Kevin) Barry of Centerville, OH.; grandchildren, Michael and Jean Marie Asta, Karen Asta Lindsey, Eryn Parks, Robert, David, Jeffrey, and Joseph Stumpfel, Sarah and Paul Crane, Jennifer and Jonathan Barry; great-grandchildren, Ella, Andrew, Makayla, Daniella and Gabriella. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 2, 2011 from 6:00-9:00PM at Routsong Funeral Home 81 N. Main St., Centerville. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 3, 2011 at 11:30am at the funeral home. Burial will be in David’s Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.routsong.com.
