Wilda Howell Pease

PEASE, Mrs. Wilda H., age 93, of Vilas, NC. died Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Watauga Medical Center, NC. She is survived by two children; William C. Pease of Centerville, Ohio and Judy Ford of Vilas, NC; one sister Nancy Kuntz of MA; eight grandchildren Stephanie Martin and husband Dr. Charlie Martin of Vilas, Greg Ferguson, Sheri Barbelet, Jamie Ferguson, Tammy Roach, Tanya Harrison, Kelly Carter and Billy Pease; 19 great grandchildren and 30 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; Clarence and Josephine Braizer Howell and her husband Bill Pease. Funeral services for Mrs. Wilda H. Pease will be conducted Sunday, December 26, 2010 at 2 o’clock at the Bethel Baptist Church. Officiating will be Dr. Charlie Martin. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 o’clock until 2 o’clock at Bethel Baptist Church. Graveside services and burial will be Tuesday, December 28 in the Centerville Cemetery in Centerville, Ohio. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Bethel Baptist Church, 123 Mountain Dale Road, Vilas, NC 28692.
