FOULK, Sean Donavon, age 37, of Centerville, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017.
He was a 1999 graduate of Centerville High School and received his BS from Wright State University in 2005. Sean played football from his youth and won many awards during his athletic career, including Most Valuable Player multiple seasons. During his junior and senior year at Wright State University, he was an Air Force Co-Op student in the Field of Financial Management. Upon graduation, he entered the Federal Service as an Acquisition Financial Manager, winning several awards.
Sean enjoyed hiking, canoeing, and exploring the outdoors. He also enjoyed traveling and was a big history buff. Another one of his favorite past times was riding his motorcycle.
He was preceded in death by his Grandfathers, Donavon Guy Foulk, F. A. (Doc) Hockensmith, and Robert Taylor. He is survived by his parents, Rick D. Foulk and Beverly J. McGinnis and her husband Patrick; sister, Jessica Foulk; Grandmothers, Pauline (Polly) Taylor and Josephine Hockensmith; numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 11 am - 1 pm, on Friday, December 29, 2017, at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main Street, Centerville, OH, 45459. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm with Rev. Dr. John K. Cairns, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow immediately at David’s Cemetery, 4600 Mad River Rd., Kettering, OH, 45429 at the Mausoleum/Columbarium.
