Billie Fodrin

FODRIN, Billie R., age 92, of Centerville, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2014. Billie was born to the late John and Lillian Rhea on May 5, 1922 in Myrtle, MS. She graduated from Orange-Grove High School and went on receive her bookkeeping certification in 1940. She later went on to work as an LPN for the VA Medical Center in Biloxi, for a private Doctor's office and then as a Surgical Nurse. Billie was a 70 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Billie is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Elsie, Patty and Jewell and brother, JB. She is survived by her daughter, Diane (William) Smith of Centerville, OH, Wanda Kitts of Amarillo, TX and Melanie Sparks of Germantown, OH; grandsons, Charles (Michele) Ellis, Tod (Teri) Kitts and Aaron Smith; granddaughters, Talia (Tim) Thomson, Kristen (Doug) Prestel, Kheli (Joe) Harless, Brittany Smith, and Kaeli (Falando) Lovett; and 7 great-grandchildren. Family will greet friends for a visitation on Monday, Dec 8, 2014 from 12-2pm on at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St. Centerville, OH, with a funeral service to follow at 2pm. Billie will be laid to rest at David's Cemetery.
