Carol Ann Sagasser

SAGASSER, Carol A. Age 82, of Dayton, passed away on Friday May 29, 2020. Carol was born on March 13, 1938 in Dayton, OH.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis J. Monnin, and her parents, Walter and Thelma Fecher. She was survived by her husband, Herman Sagasser, children, Paul (Brenda) Sagasser, Ron (Jacque) Sagasser, Carl (Kimberly) Sagasser and Elaine (Brian) Ruble, grandchildren, Katherine (Bryan) Crist, Eric (Stephanie) Sagasser, Ryan Sagasser, Emily Sagasser, Joel (Hannah) Sagasser, Greg (Alexis) Sagasser, Bret Sagasser, Nathan & Josie Sagasser and Corrine & Charlotte Ruble, 6 great grandchildren and siblings Ken (Sharon) Fecher and Tom (Cathy) Fecher.

Carol was an active member of the Dayton Liederkranz German Society and the German Volkstanzer dance group. She was a card merchandiser for American Greetings. She enjoyed vacationing, walking, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Carol’s family would like to thank the staff of The Carlyle House Specialized Memory Care as well as Hospice of Dayton for their amazing care and support.

A celebration of life will be held at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 1322 Brown St., Dayton, Ohio at 10 am on Thursday, July 2, 2020.
