Charles Robert Howett

HOWETT, Charles Robert, age 81, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away at Huntsville Hospital on Wednesday August 21, 2013. He was a graduate of Wilbert Wright High School and then served in the United States Army from 1952-1954 during the Korean War. He was retired from Archway Cookies. Charles was preceeded in death by his wife, Patricia A. Howett; and his father and mother, Charles J. Howett and Grace T. Howett. He is survived by his sons, Scott C. Howett of Alexandria, LA, Robert H. Howett & wife Rita Howett of Toney, AL, Charles Rex Howett and partner Brian Fiddler of Harvest, AL; daughters, Leeanne H. Kavanagh and husband Timothy Kavanagh of Madison, AL, and Caroline E. Wisby of Pell City, AL; grandchildren, James R. Howett and wife Kacie Howett, Katherine G. Cauthen of Chicago, IL, Laura L. Cauthen of Mobile, AL, Jacob A. Wisby of Huntsville, AL, and Kelsey L. Wisby of Pell City, AL; twin great-granddaughters, Anna and Brook Howett; and great grandson, Caleb Howett of Toney, AL. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, August 26, 2013 at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery, 8135 N. Dixie Dr., Dayton. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in honor and memory of Charles R. Howett to The Huntsville Senior Center, 2200 Drake Avenue, Huntsville Alabama 35805.
