Dee B. Springer, Jr.

SPRINGER Jr., Dee B., age 88, passed away March 15, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Dorothy. In 1947 he received his B.S. in business from Miami University. He retired from the F-16 S.P.O. at Wright-Patterson. Dee was a member of Masonic Lodge- Rock Moriah #741 and Seniors Inc. of Centerville/Washington Twp. He is survived by two sons, Ronald and his wife Terry of NJ, and Robert of Centerville; daughter, Karen and her husband Jon Fricker of West Lafayette, IN; grandchildren, Douglas and Laurel Fricker, Erin Snodgrass, and Mike Springer; great-grandchildren, Kelly Jr. and Kaelyn; and sister, Janet Springer. The family would like to specially thank Dee's long-time caregiver, Angee. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Centerville United Methodist Church, 63 E. Franklin St., Centerville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Children International at www.children.org.
