Denise Carol Shaw

SHAW, Denise Carol (Knee), age 68, of Dayton, passed away at Hospice of Dayton on December 15, 2016. Denise graduated from Alter High School in 1966 and worked for numerous years as a Real Estate Agent. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend and enjoyed spending her time with family and friends. Denise enjoyed watching her soap operas and the news, and had a special soft spot for coffee and Esther Price chocolates. Denise was preceded in death by her parents, William and Miriam Knee; and brother, David Knee. She is survived by her daughters, Sandy (MIF) Frank and Kimberly Savage; brothers, Bill (Becky) Knee and Rick (Suzie) Knee; sisters, Marikaye (Steve) Fine, Christine (Jeff) Redding, and Laura (Gene) Amtower; granddaughters, Jaclyn and Olivia Frank; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 East Stroop Road, Kettering. The family would like to express their thanks for the wonderful help and care given by Kettering Cancer Care Center and Hospice of Dayton.
