Donald A. Luneke

LUNEKE, Donald A., age 80 of Dayton, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2009 at Englewood Manor. Donald was a Millwright for GM for 33 years. He was a Shriner, a member of Trotwood Lodge #755 and AASR Valley of Dayton. Donald was a very talented woodworker, a "jack of all trades" and a friend to everyone he met. He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Jean Luneke; two daughters, Vicki Moertl and Mellissa Luneke of Dayton; grandson Joshua Moertl; his good friend Gerry Wolf and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Chaplain David Rusk officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 6:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Shriner's Hospital For Children 3229 Burnet Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45229.
