Dorothy Anna Dill

DILL, Dorothy Anna, (nee LeFevre) age 78, of Clearwater, FL and a prior resident of Washington Township and Kettering, OH for many years, departed this life on September 19, 2003 at Hospice of Dayton. Preceded in death by her parents, Hazel Storms and Charles LeFevre; sister, Frances Pelton; and brother, Charles LeFevre. Dorothy is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, John Dill; daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Scott Staker of Columbus; grandchildren, Ashley and Jonathan Staker; brother-in-law, Jay McQueen and sister-in-law, Joan McQueen of Sarasota, FL; and brother-in-law, Harold Pelton of Lake Mary, FL. Dorothy had a great interest in jointly participating in outside activities together with her husband and became very active in hiking, boating, and traveling. Her travels took her to more than 100 countries of which many were located in the remote and undeveloped areas of the world. Memorial services will be held Monday, September 22, 2003 at 11:30 AM at Normandy United Methodist Church with Pastor Tom Harry officiating. Entombment in David’s Mausoleum. Family will receive friends from 10:30 –11:30 AM at the church. In memory of Dorothy, contributions may be made to Normandy United Methodist Church, 450 W.
