Frank B Stilwell Iii

STILWELL, Frank B. III, age 50, formerly of Kettering passed away Thursday Oct 24, 2007 at his home in Arlington, Virginia. He was a 1975 graduate of Fairmont East High School. Frank earned his Political Science degree from Wright State University and his Law degree from Georgetown University School of Law Washington, DC. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Virginia, Maryland and D.C. Bar Associations. He worked as a government attorney for the FCC in Washington DC, and was a Ham Radio enthusiast. Survivors include his parents Frank B. and Doris Stilwell; three nephews William, Christopher and Nicholas Bechler. He was preceded in death by his sister Patricia Bechler in 1999. Friends may call from 5-7 pm Friday at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E Stroop Rd., Kettering, where funeral services will be held 10:00 am Saturday. The burial will follow in the Woodland Cemetery.
