Geraldine Lynch

LYNCH, Geraldine Kilburn, age 78 of Germantown, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, August 28, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. A native of Owsley County, Kentucky and widow of the late Cecil W. Lynch. Geraldine worked as a homemaker, real estate broker and cosmetologist for many years and lastly at the Franklin Wal-Mart as a greeter. A mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother, she is survived by three children, Robert (Toni) Lynch of Dayton, Karen Lynch of Wilmington, NC and Kevin Lynch of Dayton, OH; two grandchildren, Shawn Lynch of Charlotte, NC and Joy Lynch of Wilmington, NC; great-granddaughter, Maya Green; sisters, Vivian June Gabbard of Cincinnati, Virginia (Jack) McIntosh of Carlisle and Mary Francis Smith of Franklin; and sister-in-law Roberta Owens (Clyde) of Lexington, KY. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 31 at 4:00pm at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E Stroop Rd., Kettering, OH. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 1st at 1:00pm at Shepherd Cemetery, Booneville, KY. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.routsong.com.
